I never felt as if I learned anything from those classes - they were a practicality, because I had read the basics before deciding to convert, and they only talked about the little things. No doctrine, hardly any references to the CCC... and <B>no</B> mention whatsoever of any Pre-Vat2 history.<BR/>I made the decision early on in my time in RCIA to go to my home diocese (which, when I think about it now, is very neo-conservative, but it's better than the one I'm in now) for confirmation, and without that hope I may have dropped out of RCIA.<BR/><BR/>Now I'm a Traddie who is so grateful to her friends for dragging her to a TLM for the first time, because I would be lost without It.<BR/><BR/>Why can't DREs do their jobs?!??Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
